Objective: Sand a 3d printed part so layer lines and other defects are not visible after paint application

Removed supports and did a general sanding around the part.

After initial sanding, Dolphin filler was applied to the underside of the overhang and areas with surface imperfections too deep to be sanded. The Dolphin was then sanded to ensure a smooth surface.

After being sufficiently sanded, paint was applied to the part using a spray gun.Â
